HYSA is a 100% volunteer-run organization, and we rely on the support of our amazing families to deliver a great experience for all players. Whether you have soccer experience or not, there’s a role for you!
Ways to Get Involved:
- Coach or Assistant Coach — We provide resources and support to help you succeed.
- Field Setup & Maintenance — Help with lining fields, setting up nets, and preparing for game days.
- Fundraising & Sponsorships — Assist with events or connect us with community partners.
- Team Parent — Help coordinate snacks, communications, and team events.
- Treasurer - We're seeking a new Treasurer, this is a board position with voting rights.
- Social Media Manager - We're seeking a Social Media Manager to manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts as well as make regular news posts to our website/blog. No web blog experience necessary, it's a simple process to post stories. This is a board position with voting rights.
- Travel Division Coordinator - We're seeking a Travel Division Coordinator which will work with all travel teams (3rd grade and up) on game reschedules. This person will coordinate date and time for makeup games and obtain all required approvals from the field scheduler, referee assignor and finally send all information to the NVYSL Grade Director for final approval and schedule updates. This is an email heavy position.
No experience necessary — just a positive attitude and a willingness to help!
