Practices

Players will need their cleats, shin guards, soccer socks, appropriate size ball and comfortable clothing, uniform not required.

Games

Players will need their jersey (for grades 3/4 and up it will either be the red or white jersey, the coach will message weekly as to which color to wear), black shorts, red socks, shin guards, appropriate size ball, cleats and plenty of water or sports drink.

Grades 1/2 games - Saturday 8:00AM - 9:00AM

Small Fry & Mini Fry - Saturday 9:20AM - 10:20AM

Advanced Small Fry (Boys & Girls) - Saturday 10:40AM - 11:40AM

Grade 3/4 Girls - Saturday 9:00AM

Grade 3/4 Boys - Saturday 10:30AM

Grade 5/6 Girls - Saturday 12:00PM

Grade 5/6 Boys - Saturday 1:30PM

Grade 7/8 Girls - Saturday 3:00PM

Grade 7/8 Boys - Saturday 4:30PM

High School - Mostly Sunday early through late afternoon

Practices

Wednesday evenings all teams practice in a group format, as the season progresses we add in conditioning to the older age groups (5/6, 7/8).  

Grades 1/2, 3/4 - Wednesday 5:00PM - 6:00PM Upper Sauta Field

Grades 5/6, 7/8 - Wednesday 6:00PM - 7:30PM Upper Sauta Field

We're utilizing the TeamSnap app.  Please ensure you have this downloaded and installed on your phone.  You can message the entire team or do a solo chat with the coaches.  We also have the team roster and schedule in the app along with solo practice/drill videos for players to practice at home.  Coaches get access to a large library of US Soccer approved practice plans and drills that are age appropriate to the teams they are coaching.
