Note: In the coming weeks in an effort to ensure our players, parents and coaches return to play safely after the recent suspension of activities due to COVID-19, HYSA will be issuing guidelines for players, parents and coaches to follow related to player contact, face coverings, social distancing, sanitizing, and much more. These guidelines will be based on the Phase 3 reopening guidelines pending from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Town of Hudson, and the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association.
What: High School Preseason Summer 2020 Clinic
Who: For all boys and girls who plan to play any level of high school soccer during the fall of 2020.
Description: Six week summer clinic including a combination of speed, agility, quickness, strength and endurance training, skills training, small‐sided games, and scrimmages. All sessions will be run by experienced New England Revolution Academy Coaches, led by Chris Streeter, our new Director of Coaching. This clinic is intended to supplement the High School team’s captain’s practices. Both offer tremendous value for different reasons and players are encouraged to consider attending both as captain’s practices and our sessions are held at different times. Our sessions will be a bit more formal and will progressively increase in intensity over the first 5 weeks culminating in a 6th week of the highest intensity with sessions each day. This is to make sure players are prepared for their first day of tryouts and are in the best possible position to succeed.
